Termination of Work

For monthly contracts, we require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.

Our team is entirely USA-based.
Your site code and data stay within the US.

SEO Audit Policy

Audit Acceptance and Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse audits under various conditions. If we don’t initiate an audit, we will provide a full refund.

Level 2 and higher audits require login access to your website’s CMS backend and web server/admin panel.

Potential Delays and Access Issues

Access Restrictions: Firewalls, geo-blocking, or incorrect login details may delay or prevent audit completion.

Our Commitment

We have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to help resolve access issues.
We’ll assist in communicating with your web host or other vendors to fix access problems.

Partial Audits and Refunds

If access issues prevent a complete audit, we may provide a partial report.
In such cases, we’ll refund the full amount minus a $300 processing fee.

Delays and Additional Costs

Resolving access issues may delay your report. (E.g., a 4-day delay in fixing access could result in a week-long report delay, accounting for weekends/holidays.)
We offer free access to our troubleshooting documentation.
If you require our direct assistance in resolving access issues, additional charges of $540/hour will apply.

Monthly All Care Packages

If you have a monthly package, bills are due the first day of the monthly cycle in which you are subscribed. If you have individual projects assigned with us, payment for services rendered are due upon receipt of bill.

*There are limits with full site optimization and unlimited website edits.

We have an easy to add and track system where we work on one edit at a time, average turn around is 48 hours for each. Of course we handle emergencies ASAP.

Full site optimization will be done in blocks of time and pages if the site is more then 10 pages, may be split up into multiple months.

To be fair with all clients. Work available subject to congestion throttling. Priority servicing will be available at an extra charge or in emergency situations.

Imagery and Ads

We use imagery that is licensed, AI created, or made / adapted by our team. We maintain the rights to all ads and imagery that we provide. We do not transfer ownership of intellectual property without a separate written agreement.

In most circumstances we license the use of imagery and not ownership or republishing rights. In some rare circumstances we may need to revoke the use of imagery or ads. If this occurs we will either we will replace the imagery or provide links to resources where you can find imagery that is licensed for reuse.

Termination of Work

If you have a monthly recurring contract with us and need to cancel we expect 30 days advance notice. If you need to cancel working with us within the first week of our billing cycle we will bill for that month, plus 15 1/2 days. If you request cancellation after the first 7 days of a cycle we bill for that month and an additional month.

Much of the work we do is in a pipeline of creation and will continue to roll out and benefit our clients for a couple of months or more after we stop.

We also will work with you to move any assets from any computers we control during these times.

USA Data and Code

Our entire team in the USA, we do not send your site code or data outside the US to subcontractors to work on for us. We could use art, pictures, video, imagery editing, audio editing or similar from anywhere including other countries, but site code and patient data stays in house.

We do host web sites in the USA, Canada, and other countries. Most HIPPA and highly competitive sites will be hosted in the US and Canada. Technically employees of these data centers may have access to site files and data, but generally do not touch web server code unless we need them to.

Backups could be hosted anywhere, but when not stored locally are encrypted and inaccessible to anyone that would access it.

No Ranking or Revenue Guarantees
