If you need a time slot that is not showing as available, please send us an email or text message with the date and time (include the time zone you are in) – we may be able to make accommodations outside normal business call hours for some clients.
Premium consultation services are available to clients who are current total care package customers, or those who pre-pay for a premium consultation.
Video meetings are the preferred method for consultations, as they have easy options for sharing documents and other materials. We do accommodate those who prefer not to share video. You can video chat with us and not turn on your camera, or have your consultation via voice / phone or text / email as well.
