Get Your Domain Name
Option A: Purchase It Yourself (You own it – recommended)
Your domain name is your web address (like www.yourbusiness.com). Here’s how to get one:

• Namecheap – Great prices, good support
• Porkbun
• Typical cost: under $20/year
Quick tips:
- ✓ Keep it short and memorable
- ✓ Use .com if possible
- ✓ Avoid hyphens and numbers
- ✓ Make sure it’s not trademarked
Option B: We’ll Purchase It For You (+$150 setup fee)
We’ll research, recommend, and purchase your domain on your behalf. You’ll still own it – we just handle the process.
Get Web Hosting
Option A: Set Up Your Own Hosting (You control it – recommended)
Web hosting is where your website files live. Think of it as renting space on the internet.
Recommended Hosting Providers:
- Hostinger – Best value, great performance ($3-8/month)
- GoDaddy – Convenient if you bought domain there ($6-15/month)
Typical cost: $10-25/month
*Webservers at this price point are okay for many businesses, however if you have HIPAA compliance needs, or you intend to have tons of videos or other data or you are going to get 10,000 visitors per month, or you need a super speed server to compete on a higher level for SEO and end user experience, then dedicated web servers at $650 / month and up exist.
What you need:
- Shared hosting plan (basic is fine)
- WordPress compatible
- SSL certificate included (security)
- USA-based servers preferred
Option B: We’ll Set Up Hosting For You (+$150 setup fee)
We’ll recommend the best hosting for your needs and handle the entire setup process.
Option C: HIPAA-Compliant Hosting (Healthcare providers)
If your business handles protected health information (PHI), you need specialized HIPAA-compliant hosting.
Required for:
- Medical practices
- Therapists and counselors
- Addiction treatment centers
- Any healthcare provider
Get Your Images (Legally!)
CRITICAL: You must have legal rights to every image on your website.
LEGAL Image Sources:
1. Your Own Photos
- Photos you personally took might be legal (or not)
- Photos taken by employees (get it in writing)
- Photos you commissioned (get copyright transfer contract/release)
- Real photos and videos of you, your staff, your places are great, just go through this checklist to make sure they are legal.
2. Licensed Stock Photos (Recommended)

- Unsplash.com – High quality, completely free
- Pexels.com – Great selection, free for commercial use
- Pixabay.com – Large library, free license
Premium Stock (Better Selection):
- Shutterstock – Huge library 10 image downloads, $49 for month
- Envato Elements – $40 / month images and more, 10 AI generated per month
- Adobe Stock – 10 credits – $50 for a month
- iStock – 10 downloads in a month for $49
3. AI-Generated Images
Fun to make, takes time, many generated images have small weird imperfections. Can be legal to use, just don’t try to make a comic book character or celebrity part of your imagery. Even if you could get ChatGPT or Gemini or Ideogram to make a cool image, that does not mean that some lawyers cause trouble for reasons.

4. Hire a Photographer (Professional option)

- ✓ Layout designs created for your site
- ✓ Any imagery generated through our tools (subject to their terms)
IMPORTANT LICENSE CONDITIONS:
- License is ONLY granted upon full payment of $595
- License is ONLY for the specific business/website you registered
- If you request a refund, your license to use ANY generated content is immediately REVOKED
- You must remove all generated content if you don’t proceed with service
- Non-payment = No license = You cannot legally use our generated content
We track all generations. Unauthorized use will result in DMCA takedown notices and legal action.
